Hi I am Johnathan Wilbur I’m a licensed general contractor with 10 years of experience specializing in remodeling that transforms compact or overlooked areas into fully functional, income-generating spaces—most notably ADUs that maximize both livability and return. I also remodel three-family homes, kitchen and bathroom projects are where I especially enjoy bringing thoughtful design and precise execution together. We operate a fully licensed and insured business. My journey began with a three-family renovation, I’ve been steadily advancing as a contractor since 2016. As a licensed Master Plumber with 20 years of experience in plumbing, heating, cooling, and radiant design systems, I bring an integrated approach that goes beyond surface finishes. Every project benefits from solid mechanical foundations that support long-term performance and comfort. I also take genuine enjoyment in passing my knowledge down to my clients, helping them understand their home’s systems and the decisions that shape lasting results. I’m building a whole-home management company rooted in this dual expertise. We recently had two projects completed by Xrplumbing-Heating and Contracting. They installed mini splits (AC) and on a separate occasion a new oil tank. (Both done this year Spring and Fall of 2025). On the mini splits the estimate was significantly lower than the first one we received (from our oil co). Oil tank was also a better price. Each time they were professional and quick to respond. Within a few days we had an estimate and work was done timely. Issues that came up during installation were quickly resolved. Example, requested a change on the outside piping for the mini splits.
